We are simply about taking great beans, roasting them to bring out their best qualities to give you a great cup of coffee. Its just about the coffee.At the heart of our Signature Roast is a high altitude (1300m) washed Caturra variety bean from Finca San Luis El Volcancito grown on the side of a volcano in the highly regarded Fraijanes Plateau Guatemala an area noted as being one that produces some of the countrys best coffee.

Our Organic Signature Roast is roasted from one of Columbia’s finest jungle beans grown in full shade at Finca San Sebastián Santander Columbia in a region that was a candidate for the New 7 Natural Wonders of the World!
